Fratelli Fresh at The Alfred features custom mosaic tiles, state of the art wood-fired pizza ovens and a casual, full-service pizza and pasta restaurant serving up simple, yet exceptional, Italian cuisine and a family-friendly dining experience.
Our Fratelli Fresh Executive Chefs have devised dishes that specifically cater to the Melbourne diner, starting with breakfast from 7am daily. Offering freshly ground and roasted espresso, truffled eggs, bruschetta and more to start the day fresh.
Lunch and dinner dishes will include pastas, risottos, verdure, insalata, arrostos and of course pizzas from our beautiful wood fire ovens. For those cocktail lovers we have our very own Negroni on Tap, Cheers!
