Baseball Victoria

Baseball Victoria embarks upon the 2007/08 season on Sunday 7 October and will hope to build upon the success of last season. After an extremely competitive season in all grades in the 2006/07 season, the 2007/08 season looks to to be even more competitive and sure to throw up a few suprises.

The current competition structure consists of three playing divisions plus two lower divisions (as required) with 8-10 teams per division. Division 1 consists of 10 teams playing 27 games and Division 2 & 3 with eight teams playing 21 games. Division 4 follows this similar structure. The finals series for all divisions is played under the Page System with the Grand Finalists being promoted and the bottom two teams at the end of the Home and Away season in each division being relegated.
